We stayed here on our honeymoon and had a fantastic experience. All of the staff were very friendly, looked after us (especially as our Portuguese is limited) and made our stay very memorable. We loved all of the facilities - the gym, spa, restaurants, pools and rooms all are setup to a feel luxurious. We would recommend to anyone visiting to São Paulo looking for a luxury and relaxing hotel stay.

The hotel is in a great position in a park so it is surrounded by a forest., making it very peaceful. Even the standard rooms are a very good size, with a walk-in closet. The staff are extremely helpful, especially the reception. We were able to get a late checkout without having to haggle. The food was very good, especially the breakfast. One day we had a barbecue by the pool and another day ceviche.

Great hotel with good sized well appointed room, great swimming pool in a beautiful location. Good food and service. We liked it so much we came back the following weekend.

Feeling disconnected from the city frenzy. The high quality finishings and the eye catching yet oh so inviting spaces across the property. Not to forget, the consistently attentive and welcoming staff. Service was pitch perfect from the arrival, along the front desk, restaurants, turn down service. Impressive.

Immaculate facilities, friendly and helpful staff and it is set within a beautiful park. I have to say it exceeded all expectations. Will definitely visit again.

The bathroom and closet were amazing. The bed was very comfy and the room had plenty of space. The room was quiet.
